Terms and Conditions for Cashback
1. This offer entitles the customers to receive cashback on their online wallet or UPI or Bank Account. The customers will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website.
2. Any customer purchasing a promotional product and following the directions on the pack, shall be eligible to receive a voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount mentioned on the promotional website. (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. By redeeming the offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person redeeming the offer ("Participant”) given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or mobile app to receive your wallet cashback.
6. Every Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
7. This offer can be availed by any Indian resident of 18 years of age or above.
8. Every Participant agrees that the details shared by Participant including name, mobile no. and other information (Data) is required for the purpose of participation in this offer. Each Participant hereby expressly provides his/her consent to Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited and Sharp Business Systems India Pvt Ltd along with its affiliates to process and store Data in connection with the successful implementation of this Cashback offer/ scheme, including cross-border processing.
9. The Wallet Partner/payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, and withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
10. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
11. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or Sharp Business Systems India Pvt Ltd be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the wallet partner/payment processing partner.
12. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Sharp Business Systems India Pvt Ltd exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
13. Participants can raise a query related to this offer at feedback@bigcity.in.
14. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
15. The wallet partner/payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or
invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner/payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
16. This offer is subject to government regulations.

Terms and Conditions for Sharp Appliances:
1. Sharp business systems (India) pvt. Ltd. will ensure to supply product merchandise in good condition, However Campaign Partner & Sharp Appliances shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product. The guarantee and warranty of the product shall be transferred, as received from the Manufacturer / Distributor.
2. The operational part of the scheme like handling and distribution of Prize, shall be managed by team Sharp appliance.
3. Any complaints regarding the non-delivery of the product should be made within 7 days from the time of dispatch (intimated through E-mail/SMS) of the products.
4. As a practice, courier companies try to deliver the product 2 times to the customer if at the first instance courier company couldn’t reach the customer for various of reasons such as (not limiting to) not at home, phone switched off, change of delivery address, wrong address etc. If the product is returned in such cases, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd./ Sharp Appliances will not be liable to dispatch the product again.
5. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.
6. Product once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
7. Campaign Partner will offer product warranty in case it is offered by manufacturer/distributor and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
8. No request for change in color, size, model etc. will be entertained by Campaign Partner or Sharp Appliances.

Terms and Conditions for Bali Tickets:
1. Eligibility: This free flight offer is available to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Offer Details: Eligible participants are entitled to a return flight to Bali (Indonesia) with a maximum flight value of Rs.65,000 per customer. Any costs exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the customer. The airline for the flight will be selected at the discretion of PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD based on the airport of departure and destination.
3. Inclusions: The offer covers only the return flight valued up to Rs.65,000 per customer, subject to availability. Other expenses such as visa fees, accommodation, meals, and incidental costs are not included.
4. Blackout Dates: Blackout dates apply to this offer. Customers understand that flight availability may be limited during special events and festivals. If a specific flight is unavailable, PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD will arrange an alternative flight with another airline.
5. Notice Period: Customers must provide PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD with at least 45 days’ notice prior to the intended travel date.
6. Booking Policy: Once a booking has been confirmed by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
7. Liability: PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD and the promoter of the offer shall not be held responsible for any changes in flight schedules or routes. Customers acknowledge that flight details may be subject to alteration.
8. Non-Transferability: This offer is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. There is no cash alternative, and all reservations are subject to promotional availability.
9. No Warranty: PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, quality, merchantability, or fitness of the flight services provided by the respective airline. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD will not be liable for any defects or deficiencies in services offered under this promotion.
10. Compliance: Customers must adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the airline at the time of travel.

Terms & Conditions for Tanishq Gift Vouchers
1. Voucher is valid for the purchase of Tanishq products from any authorized Tanishq Showroom.
2. Voucher is only an entitlement to credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher and is non cashable. If the value of the purchase is than the value of the voucher the balance is non-refundable.
3. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced voucher.
4. Voucher is valid till 31st March 2025
5. Voucher is not a legal tender.
6. Voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift voucher.
7. This e-Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only.
8. Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.

13. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift card, the balance is non-refundable.

General Terms and Conditions
1. This offer entitles you to assured upto Rs. 10000 cashback in select stores and cities of India.
2. This offer is not available to dealers & distributors and employees, of Sharp Business Systems India Pvt Ltd and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.

22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
23. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any
combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
24. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
